What are your hobbies?

Collector – Opium pipes, old books (Curates — Napoleon), Russian artifacts, and stained glass.

 

Your favourite food?

    Torta ta’ l-ispinaci u incora (spinach & anchovies pie)

 

What do you like about working at St. Dominic’s Hostel?

I have been the Chairman of the Board for over 24 years, and have loved every minute here, through thick  and thin.
